What forms of payment does CannyLand.com accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I received an error message when trying to check out. What do I do now?

Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that differs from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through.

Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it has been processed.

Can I cancel or change my order while it’s processing?

If you have placed a one-time order on our website, our Customer Service team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order. Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it is processed.

If the order has already been processed, the carrier selected for shipment will need to be contacted to make changes to shipping, and the customer will incur any fees related to the changes.

How do I edit my billing information?

Any changes to your billing information can be made in the My Account section under Payment Methods. Please log in to edit your default billing address, add a new card, and change your default payment method. Click here to log in to your account.

 

When will my card be charged?

An authorization hold will be placed on your card when your order is processed to validate the funds. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax varies depending on where you live and what items you purchase. We take this into account when figuring out the amount of tax charged on an order.

What if my promo code expires?

Promo codes are not valid after the expiration date. Our Customer Service team can’t use old discount codes for exchanges or replacement orders.

Can I cancel an order?

No order cancellations are guaranteed. We can try to accommodate requests, but we can’t guarantee customer care will receive them before the package ships.
This policy covers cancellations and address changes. If an item isn’t delivered because the wrong address was given, Canny Land is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.

If we can’t cancel your order, you must return the unopened, unused product at your own expense to get a refund. If you put in the wrong address when you checked out, you must find the box and send us the unopened items before you can get a refund.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Please remember that orders cannot be edited once processing begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

What’s your return policy?

Orders placed on CannyLand.com and shipped within the contiguous United States can be returned within 30 days of the date of the order. We can only accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging with the tamper seal intact. We will credit your original form of payment once we receive your returned items. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 10–15 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales outside the contiguous United States are final. For more information on returns, refunds, and exchanges, please review the policies below.

How do I return an item?

To create a return, contact customer service, and they will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, using the carrier of their choice. Instructions for marking the package will be provided by customer service.

In the event your product is damaged or potentially defective, please contact customer service.

When will I see my refund?

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

How will my money be returned to me?

Credit or Debit Cards: If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account or credit card will vary.

Can I return products purchased from a retailer?

We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on CannyLand.com. We have great relationships with our retailer partners, so if you would like to return a product purchased from one of them, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

What items are eligible for returns?

Items returned will be inspected and must be unopened and in their original packaging, with the tamper evident seal intact.

Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (i.e., free gifts with purchase or buy one get one free items) cannot be returned.

Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund.

Do I need to sign for this product when it ships?

Yes, a signature is required for the delivery. The person signing must be 21 or older.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking information is provided to you via email when your order ships from our warehouse. Within the email there is a link provided to track your shipment,

Where do you ship?

Canny Land retains the right to not ship Delta-9 products to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. While many states have legalized Delta-9 and Delta-9 edibles, there are states where Delta-9 is either illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws. We do not ship products to the following states because of state bans or conflicting laws surrounding Delta-9 THC: Colorado, Idaho, Kentucky, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington.

We do not ship to any other US territories or provide mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be communicated during the checkout process, if applicable.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We currently ship with USPS, UPS, UPS SurePost, FedEx, and FedEx SmartPost, depending on the package size and the zip code.
